Option to join FHO and No Split for First 3 Months - Applying for LMIA too!

Job Details: Our client in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a full-time and/or part-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. Client is applying for an LMIA (document needed for work permit). There is an opportunity to join a FHO. The clinic is open 7 days a week with about 50 working hours. You can expect to see 40 patients per day and can see more at your choice. There is currently one other physician in the clinic with a full practice who is retiring in the near future and will be gradually passing patients to the incoming physician. Marketing support will be provided to ensure patient flow.

The clinic uses Telus Health EMR and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, and the range of potential annual earnings is $300,000-$400,000.

Overhead Split Incentive:Overhead split is 0% for first 3 months, then 10% for 3 months then 15% for 3 months, then 20% going forward for a 2 year contract.

Clinic Details: The clinic is in a state-of-the-art building that has a lab with on site testing, x-ray, physiotherapy, pain clinic, pharmacy, pediatrician, hearing clinic and a café. There is also plenty of parking for patients and staff. The clinic is in mid-town Toronto with restaurants and shopping centres that is surrounded by a dense diverse residential community.

Requirements: 
• Postgraduate training from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or USA
• Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians Canada (CFPC)
• Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
