Job Details: Our client in Calgary, Alberta is looking for a full-time Family Physician to join their Family Practice/Walk-in clinic. This is a brand new clinic opening in September 2024. The incoming physician will be responsible for taking medical history, physical examinations, referrals, providing overall primary patient care and other patient services at their own preference. Gynaecological skills or surgical skills is an asset but not essential. Hours of work are 7-8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
The clinic uses Accuro EMR, and offers billing support. Payment structure is fee-for-service, split arrangement is 75/25, and the range of potential full-time annual earnings is $500,000-$600,000.
Incentives Available to the Physician: Relocation allowance: $10,000 and work permit support.
Clinic Details: This is a brand new clinic with 8 consulting rooms. The clinic is due to open in September 2024, with 2 family physicians already in place. The clinic is in SW of Calgary in the densely populated area of woodbine, servicing woodbine, Cedarbrae, Braeside, Alpine Park and Canyon Meadows. The area is home to the best private schools in Calgary.
Requirements:
• College of Family Physicians Canada (CFPC) Certified
• College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) Full Licence
