We work with family physicians and specialists who are either already fully licenced in Canada or are CCFP or RCPSC eligible meaning their training is considered on par with Canadian training.
We are here for you throughout the entire recruitment process - beginning with understanding your need and sourcing suitable and qualified candidates. We fully guide both you and our physicians, step-by-step, end to end throughout the process with the goal of making the process as easy and efficient as it can be for all parties. The recruitment processes within Canada can be very confusing. We stay up to date on the ever changing licence and registration regulations, and fully assist you with it all.
No money is due upfront, and no exclusivity is required. We only charge a fee once we have successfully secured you a Physician.
Everything we do for you until then is free - we advertise your role, present you with suitable, qualified and interested candidates, arrange interviews, video calls, visits and even assist with contract negotiations if required.
We do not charge you for our time if we do not successfully recruit the Physician(s) you require.

It all depends on the physician and type of license, but I would allow anywhere from immediate and upward if fully licensed - as it will all depend on the physician’s specific situation, and 4-6 months for an IMG to complete the licensure and work permit processes so they can arrive and start work.
