I first came across physicians for you (via Google search!) in July/Aug 2023 when I was looking into the move to Canada. Made contact with them and they connected me with Nardia, who I came to appreciate as an amazing asset in the journey. Info about the process that I had got by that time had been quite confusing and the first few chats and emails with Nardia, helped clarify a lot of things: who, what and where to register and submit documents etc. She had a very good scope of knowledge and understanding of the process and time line and when we hit a few snags with submission (& re-submission!) of some documents she was very encouraging with her words that it was not unusual and to keep going. She was always available to respond by email or WhatsApp and arranged meetings to catch up at regular intervals to update on where we were at. Also giving realistic timelines and scope to pause or progress at one’s own pace. When it came to job selection, She had a good variety of clinics & areas to connect with. There was no pressure to speak with or choose any particular place and I was given space to review and “interview” with the clinics I connected with and in the area(s) I was interested in. When I did settle on a choice, she was a great liaison between myself and the clinic director and very involved with the LMIA process. I eventually made the move in Dec 2024 and no regrets thus far with choice of clinic and city and also with having gone with Physicians for You and Nardia.
